DONATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Donations and payments made through our website are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Donation amounts are determined solely by the donor unless otherwise specified for a program or campaign. Consulting or project-based service pricing is negotiated on a per-project basis and may vary depending on the scope of services requested.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms for consulting or organizational services may include payment upon invoice, milestone-based billing, or other agreed-upon arrangements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of receipt.
LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees where permitted by law. Everlight Partners reserves the right to discontinue services for accounts with outstanding balances.
REFUND POLICY
Donations made to Everlight Partners are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
For consulting or service-related payments, refunds are only available for services that have not yet been performed. Once services have begun or been completed, refunds will not be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting Everlight Partners directly. Cancellation requests submitted before work has begun may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. Once services are in progress, cancellation fees may apply.
